Shipping Policy

At The Kitchen Table, we strive to process and ship orders quickly, securely, and with the utmost care.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the contiguous (continental) United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional events, holidays, inventory counts, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other qualified carriers at our discretion. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically 1–3 business days (when available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather events, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Oversized, Heavy, and Fragile Items

Many of our products, including cast iron cookware, cookware sets, and other specialty kitchen items, are heavy, oversized, or fragile and may incur higher shipping charges due to their size, weight, or packaging requirements.

To ensure safe delivery, these items may require additional packaging materials, ship separately from other items in the order, or require an adult signature upon delivery. Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • The shipping box and packaging materials
  • The shipping label

This information helps us file claims with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or experiences an unusual delay, please contact us. While we are happy to assist with carrier investigations, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

In-Store Pickup

Customers selecting in-store pickup will receive notification when their order is ready. Please wait for pickup confirmation before visiting the store.
