The stainless steel handles facilitates handling the pan during roasting. They stay pleasantly cold, so you can always pick up the roasting pan with grate. Belgian designer Stefan Schöning’s creation is classically simple and is made of high-quality multi-layer material. The grate has a coating, so fried food is easily removed. Any gravy which sticks to the pouring lip is easily removed. The pan is also finished with Silvinox®, an electrochemical surface treatment that reliably protects your new kitchen gadgets from discolouration.
